i like the judges ruling "you cannot copyright the general idea behind the story"

I mean that was just the text to the manuscript. I wonder what evidence was actualy being submitted..?

What if the judge did'nt have artcistic aspirations and did'nt care for artistic licence, who knows what the evidence was, because without it how can you tell that his decisions where feasable...? It does seem to either be just story telling or scriptual events or something like that, thus indicating "owning" a pre-set or suggestive "theme"...?
